We had a proposal deadline for special sessions until October 5th,

but due to many requests, we decided to extend the deadline to October 19th(two weeks behind the original schedule). 

We believe that our decision will lead to the participation of many people. 

Moreover, those who were considering submitting the proposal due to the previous deadline, please check the new proposal schedule.
