* Early registrations must be made no later than 31, Mar. 2021. Participants who register before the deadline will benefit from the reduced registration fee.

IMPORTANT
- Author registrations are required and should be completed prior to final paper submissions.
- Each author registration (full registration) covers up to 2 papers. For example, 1 or 2 papers require 1 author registration and 3 or 4 papers require 2 author registrations.
- Each Paper should be covered by a full author (not student) registration to cover the publication.
- Each full author registration can cover up to 2 papers.

Registration Coverage
The registration for members, non-members, and students includes:
- Access to all conference technical sessions
- Access to exhibitions
- Conference proceedings (electronic copy)
- Coffee-breaks for on-site attendees
- Mini-tutorials
The conference fee does not include the admission to Tutorials on May 22 - May 23

* Tutorial day registration does not require conference registration. The fee entitles attendance to 1 full-day or 2 half-day tutorials on May 22 - 23. No half-day fee is envisaged.

Payment Methods
By Credit Card
VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, and UnionPay are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay.
*In case that the card issuing country is different from your accessing country, your transactions can be declined. If you have this problem, please contact us. (info@iscas2021.org)
By Bank Transfer
Bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, so that it is identical to the registrant payer. Payment should be made within the due date. Participants must send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the ISCAS 2021 Secretariat. All bank charges must be paid in addition to the registration fee. Any unpaid bank charges will be requested on site for payment.
Sending and receiving banking fees must be paid by sender.

Confirmation of Registration
Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the online form. Registration forms without appropriate payment will not be honored until full payment is received. We strongly recommend presenting the confirmation letter upon arrival at the onsite pre-registration desks in order to collect your name badge and conference materials in the most efficient manner possible.
If you have not received the official registration confirmation, please check SPAM BOX first.
Sometimes mail account classified confirmation letter as spam mail.
If you couldn’t find confirmation letter even in SPAM BOX, please contact the secretariat at info@iscas2021.org.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be notified in writing (by email) to the secretariat (info@iscas2021.org) according to the following policy.
- Cancellation and refund is not available on the phone.
- In case of refund via bank transfer, handling fee will be deducted, and it will be finished after the conference.

IEEE No Show Policy
In order to have your paper published to the IEEE Xplore digital library, it is required that you attend the conference and present your paper. If you do not attend for any reason, your paper will be excluded from Xplore. This policy applies equally to oral and poster presentations.
