We announce the contents of many inquiries regarding proceedings.

As guided by the acceptance letter, 

your final submitted manuscript (both LECTURE and POSTER) will be available as ISCAS 2021 proceedings and IEEE Xplore.

It will be the one presented to conference participants (via digital proceedings) and submitted to IEEE Xplore for permanent archive.
